For my logo design research I choose the sports brand adidas as my main focus. The original design came out in 1949. In 1971 adidas decide to change up the design since there company made it to big times to where everyone knew about at first the company only sold cleats starting off with soccer and then made cleats to for the NFL. When adidas first made there new design the company thought it was a good step because of their new shoes coming out which were the adidas jabbar basketball shoe, as well as the adidas GYM, adidas Vienna/ OG Kicks, and there Icon sneaker of all time the adidas stan smith.

In 1990 the adidas was re-design for the era was coming and that would be the 90’s and so the company was ready to put some new design one of them being the adidas Adidas Quorum “grapes” as well as the adidas TRX for adidas try to find a comfort shoe but their biggest hit in the 90’s without a thought was the Phantom II for it was adidas first high top shoe. Then adidas decide to change there logo one more time on 2005 expect this time people were to big fans on why the changed the logo consider to fact that in 1990 and 1971 there shoes were sold out and always restock because everyone wanted them but in 2005 nobody like the kevin garnett shoe.
